Student Account Refund

Refunds of credit balances in student accounts must be requested on the Student Information Systems web site at https://www.sis.yale.edu. Log in to the Main Menu, select Billing and Student Accounts and then Refund Request from Student Account.

Yale Health Plan - Premium Charges and Waivers

Waiver requests for Yale Health Hospitalization/Specialty Care Coverage and/or Prescription Plus Coverage must be submitted online at https://yhpstudentwaiver.yale.edu/. A waiver must be submitted annually by:
- September 15 for the full year or fall term
- January 31 for the spring term

Waivers will be processed and credits will appear accordingly on your SFAS account within 5 business days.

Yale College Financial Aid

Students may view their missing financial aid requirements on the Student Information Systems web site at https://www.sis.yale.edu. From the Main Menu, select Financial Aid and then Status of Financial Aid Requirements. Please allow 48 hours for recently faxed documents to be processed.
